I found the staff helpful. They answered every question i had! the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with fresh fruit and pastries. the free coffee machine in the lobby was a major plus, especially since it was available all day and night!!!
the gym had limited equipment.

the beautiful double or twin room had comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with two sinks. air conditioning was easy to control, it maintained a consistent temperature. a large, tv was also included in the room.

The staff helped me with car parking when i didn't reserve. they managed to find valet parking for an extra 20€. the check-in was easy and quick. the clerk was patient, engaging and informative. I was grateful.
The hotel couldn't provide a kettle in the room. It was a strange setup. i had to go to reception for hot drinks from a machine. it felt a bit cheap and like a canteen.

The breakfast was included and had a great variety of fresh foods. i particularly enjoyed the coffee machine. It made excellent coffee. the selection of pastries, fruit, and yogurts was nice too.

the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the main train station, so it's very convenient. trams and trains are easily accessible from the hotel. many restaurants are nearby.

The room was clean with a modern look. It was very comfortable. toiletries were provided,. the beds were comfortable, and the room was very quiet, even though it was in a central location.

My room was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. they offered me an early check-in, which i appreciated. breakfast was very good. There was a wide selection.
the room was quite basic. there was no kettle available. the phone and the toilet seat had some issues.
