the location was really great, RIGHT in the heart of everything. the red carpet over the bridge at the entrance made a STATEMENT. the staff i encountered upon arrival and throughout my stay were so cute and charming. then, my suite was lovely. it was like something out of a fairy tale!
The breakfast selection WASN'T great. It was very limited. i also found the lock on my front door to be temperamental. i struggled to get into my room a few times! MANY of the electrics in the room did not work and it felt quite dirty.

i liked the apartment. everything we needed was provided like cutlery, plates and bowls. there was even a washing machine with detergent. the air CONDITIONING was great and beds are very comfortable.
the staff at FRONT desk were dismissive. they said i am not a hotel guest, so i could not get breakfast even if i pay. they were rude because i booked the apartment.

the hotel's location proved convenient (a true highlight for exploring). it was just a short walk to s. angelo stop and piazza san marco. our room was upgraded free of charge. andrea at reception was very friendly.
after checkout, we discovered we left an item. despite calls, we received no callback or help retrieving it. the handling felt suspicious and disappointing.
