i loved the breakfast buffet. there was so much variety on offer. the views from the terrace were awesome too. i really enjoyed sitting there in the mornings. it felt so peaceful and calm. there were also some really neat architectural touches throughout the hotel. the tiles and carvings were amazing.
the room felt a little dated for me. the furniture seemed old. i also noticed some stained carpet, which wasn't great. the service at the bar was slow. it took ages to get a waiter to come over. i think they could improve on that.

Its location made my visit to the Alhambra quite convenient.
The room looked dated. The furniture felt old and not of high quality. The bathroom needed updating, it did not meet expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel location is convenient. BUT the staff attitude at the cafe was appalling. The furniture in the room seemed old and unattractIve. The maintenance needs to be improved. i expected better considering how popular this hotel is. VERY disappointing.

the location was acceptable as it was close to the alhambra.
My room was not adequately cleaned. I noticed chocolate wrappers were not removed from the previous guests. the carpet looked stained. It really detracted from the overall experience.
