a decent experience

public transport helpful staff heating system ventilation noise

the location is quite convenient.. public transport is close by. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions.

the room was too warm. the heating system seemed to be centrally controlled and not adjustable.. i also noticed some noise from the ventilation system at night. it made sleeping a little difficult.

Really good Stay, A Romantic Getaway!

convenient location clean room fresh water

The hotel's location was convenient, (a true blessing!) with easy access to the metro and trams, great to explore the city effortlessly. Our room was always clean with fresh towels daily. I really loved having access to fresh water from the water dispenser. It was a thoughtful touch.

The receptionist on duty during our arrival lacked proper communication skills, made check-in a bit unpleasant. There was some confusion regarding taxes and parking fees that needed clarification.

The staff were very polite and helpful, ready to assist with all our needs. Front desk employees arranged airport transfers and also provided public transit tickets. I really appreciated the prompt service for every request we made.

heating system steep price

The breakfast was good. It had a large variety of options and fresh ingredients.

the room was uncomfortably hot, and the heating system was to be stuck on. i asked staff to resolve this, but they said they could not turn the heaters off. this made sleeping difficult. also, the price felt a little steep considering this ongoing issue.

the breakfast buffet included a large selection of bread, meats, cheeses, and czech specialties. there were also salads, beans, hot sausages, and scrambled eggs available. speedy elevators and tea kettle were definitely a plus for me. the option to decline room cleaning is a great eco-friendly attitude (i appreciate it!).

the limited english language channels on the television were a bit of a disappointment. i did have to pay an extra fee to use the sauna and jacuzzi. the location being a bit distant from the city center was not ideal.

the room was modern. its location was near a mall and public transport. checkout at noon was very convenient. the staff was cute.

The air conditioning in rooms was not working properly. drinking water was unavailable in the room. A vending machine was located outside the lift.

metro station spacious bathroom basic facilities zero quality wrong information additional taxes

the location is close to a metro station it is also close to breakfast spots i found a spacious bathroom the room was quiet and had all basic facilities

the receptionist was a disaster zero human quality was displayed the receptionist was rude and provided wrong information she tried to charge us additional taxes we had already paid
