The shuttle service back to the hotel stopped SO EARLY! the last one left at 4:55 pm, useless for any evening plans. Taxis were EXPENSIVE. I also thought our executive double room arno view needed some tlc. It needed new paint, and some of the furniture was not in good condition. i expected better.

I loved that they offer bicycles. i could use them anytime to head to the center. It was only 10 mins away by bike. my room was lovely, and breakfast in the room overlooking the river was amazing. the hotel is beautiful. The facilities are excellent.

the beds are very firm. i didn't sleep a full night there, kept awake by furniture noises. a staff member let themselves into our room unannounced. it was very embarrassing

I found the breakfast food to be of high quality and the restaurant provided a nice dinner. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful . the shuttle service to the city center proved very convenient. i particularly appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room. It offered a relaxing environment.

I noticed the absence of readily available hooks for towels near the shower area. It presented a minor inconvenience.

The bar had ants and i find this unacceptable. twice, staff entered my room without warning. I was not dress both times. this is a serious breach of privacy, and i expect it not to happen. the beds are very firm, its was not comfortable to sleep.
