I found the staff friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic, central to many restaurants and shops. the rooftop terrace offered a gorgeous view. Towels were available for the pool area.
the floor in the room wasn't very clean.

This hotel is near catalonia square. a bus station is just a three-minute walk away, and a metro station is close too. the area becomes quiet after 10 pm. This makes it a very safe location.

I found the room quite disappointing. The television was faulty. i really wanted to watch the news, but it just wouldn't work. for the amount i paid, i expected a fully functional room. also, the air conditioning was poor even in the upgraded room
