The staff was very helpful. They assisted me with directions. My room was clean and had adequate space! I even received a free upgrade, nice! The location near the metro and train station was convenient.
The windows didn't block sound well and the restaurant stayed open late! Homeless people outside added to the noise, disturbing my sleep. I found no coffee maker, kettle, or even a glass in the room. I had to request these. The breakfast buffet service needed improvement. Some staff seemed disinterested.

Charming Hotel Near Transportation

The hotel is near Santa Estancia station. It is a short walk. I also found a handy supermarket just opposite the hotel. They upgraded me to a larger room when my bed configuration was unavailable.
My room was quite small and lacked natural light due to a single window. I found it a little overpriced. The bread options were limited to baguettes and toast.

Efficient Stay Near Sants Station

the room provided was clean upon arrival. the proximity to the train station proved useful for my early departure. I especially liked the convenience of the location, it simplified my travel plans.
soundproofing within the room was to be inadequate, unfortunately. street noise was sometimes noticeable during the evening hours, it occasionally interrupted periods of rest. this is something i hope they resolve.

the room was clean I found the bed comfortable. check-in with carlos was efficient he was friendly despite our late arrival. he addressed an inconvenience quickly he was helpful. they gave us breakfast bags when we had an early flight back that was helpful.
i found no coffee maker or kettle in the room. i had to request these items.

the hotel sits in a quiet part of town, and i found the staff very helpful and kind! the beds were super comfy, and i slept like a baby. breakfast had lots of choices, so i could always find something i liked.
my room felt a little small, and there wasn't much natural light. it, which wasn't ideal. i wish there was a bigger window to let more sunlight in.
