the staff were accommodating. the hotel is lovely and it is a bit further from the city centre, this means it is quieter. the hotel was very clean and had good service. from checking in to the room amenities, i recommend this hotel.
i am currently staying in the hotel on the second floor and the sound proofing is poor. all the doors, cupboards and wardrobes do not have soft closing and slam shut loudly. voices can be heard between rooms and i was just woken by the people next door at 3.30am. the main room doors are the worst.

the staff were friendly. my standard room extra bed was decent and clean (i enjoyed the quiet).
the hotel is not in the best location. the subway is four blocks away, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the city center. glass doors on the toilet and shower were uncomfortable when others were in the room.

I found the staff very helpful. They readily assisted with directions. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection, including fresh fruit. The rooftop pool provided nice views. Plenty of loungers were available. I appreciated the convenience of the nearby shopping center. It made finding necessities easy.
The soundproofing between rooms could have been slightly better. I occasionally heard noise from neighboring guests.

The staff were amazing. Jas and Carlos were particularly helpful! The location worked well, as it was a walkable distance to both the beach and the mall. I felt completely safe in the area during the night. The rooftop pool and the breakfast were great. I really enjoyed it.
There was no mirror in the room, just the one in the bathroom. That was a little inconvenient.
