coffee setup rehydration option
the room was a decent size.
The coffee setup in the room was subpar. It really wasn't sufficient. the spa's drink situation also seemed like an afterthought. The water fountain was strangely separated from the cups, quite a distance away. rehydration options could definitely use an upgrade!

a tender memory
spacious room supersize bed delicious breakfast
the king room i was given seemed like a loving embrace, it held a supersize bed that promised sweet dreams. there was a separate bath and a walk in shower, so every moment seemed like a gentle caress. the buffet breakfast offered in the spacious restaurant was just AMAZING!!!
the tea and coffee making facilities lacked the tenderness i longed for.

the room included a king bed providing ample space.. the bathroom offered both a separate bath and a walk-in shower, so we could unwind after exploring. breakfast had many options at the spacious restaurant.
the hotel did not have usb type-c charging ports, and adapters were unavailable.

the room service, managed by mr florin, was really good (i appreciated his help). i found the staff very responsive to my needs. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. the hotel restaurant offered delicious meals in a relaxing setting.
i noticed a small detail, there was no usb type-c charging dock available, though adapters were provided upon request.

wonderful stay!
accurate presentation new year's eve pleasant atmosphere
the hotel presentation was accurate as seen in photos online. dinner was good! new year's eve festive dinner was great. i especially liked the attention to detail and the pleasant atmosphere. the staff were very helpful with reservations.
i found very few comfortable places to sit and chill in most of hotel! all restaurant seats were uncomfortable. this made relaxing difficult after a long day.

The hotel offered a beautiful garden. its pool provided a refreshing escape. i particularly enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. the breakfast was very good. It included gluten-free and lactose-free options.
The shower experienced inconsistent temperature fluctuations. It alternated between ice cold and burning hot. this occurred without any adjustment to the knobs. it made showering difficult and uncomfortable.
