Breakfast included scrambled eggs and a variety of pastries. It was a simple, effective start to the day. the front desk staff were professional. Their friendliness was noticeable. the location was great. I found many sights nearby and it was easy to use public transport. the room was clean. This ensured a comfortable stay.
The air conditioning heating did not function properly. The coffee machine was also out of order. i waited five minutes for hot water in the shower, though the mirror was too high for shaving. the bed felt old, though i managed.

the room i was given did not have a good view at all. it faced an indoor corridor so privacy felt a bit limited. also, the bathtub was quite slippery and i almost fell getting out

The staff offered fantastic service. The hotel location is great. Leaving my luggage before check-in was so convenient, I could continue exploring the city. I even got an umbrella from the friendly chap at the reception on a rainy day!
My room faced an indoor corridor. The privacy was not great because of it. I did not have any outside view from the window.

The rooms feature a 70s/80s look. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean with daily service. The room included basically everything as described, like the fact that you can open windows. A heated floor in the bathroom was also included.

the hotel location is great i walked almost everywhere i used the trams sometimes too the hotel was easy to reach coming from the airport the breakfast provided was excellent i enjoyed the variety the room was also very comfortable.
the air condition heating wasn't working the coffee machine also didn't work it took about 5 minutes for hot water to come out in the shower the bathroom mirror was too far and too high for me to shave properly the bed felt old and wasn't very comfortable.

the location was fantastic it was very close to attractions and shops i especially liked the interior design it was quirky and modern the staff were very helpful they gave clear directions to local spots.
the hotel did not mention that parking could cost as much as an extra night i found that quite surprising.
