nice spa and room experience
professional therapist spacious rooms
I enjoyed the sea salt detox treatment at the spa. Shiolah, my therapist, was professional and unobtrusive. the rooms were spacious with wonderful views (it's something!). the bar staff were friendly and accommodating.
The lack of a steam room in the spa was a slight disappointment. I hoped for that facility to complement the sauna. more variety of options would have enriched my relaxation.
Service
9/10
the staff were helpful with check-in and directions to the spa. they were also able to explain restaurant locations clearly. their assistance made navigation of the facility easy.
Dining
9/10
breakfast included a comprehensive and tasty selection of items (especially the welsh cakes). the pancake machine was a unique addition. the food enhanced my morning routine.
Location
10/10
the hotel overlooks the bay offering views from rooms and dining areas. this provides a scenic backdrop adding a sense of tranquility. the bay enhances the overall experience.
Facilities
8/10
The pools provided ample space for relaxation. Swan shower heads were a great way to relieve tension at the shoulders. however, i missed having a steam room. That would have enhanced relaxation.

faulty air conditioning numerous flies
The breakfast offered numerous choices to eat and drink..
The air conditioning did not work making the room uncomfortably hot. We opened the door to try and cool the room down, yet this led to numerous flies inside. Staff had to vacuum the ceiling overnight because of this. Considering the price paid for the stay, I found this very disappointing

very pleasant stay
comfortable bed good amenities excellent advice
the hotel was lovely. the bed was really comfortable and all amenities was well stocked and good quality. we visited the spa as a couple and had back, neck, shoulder, and head massages from hema and marzena. hema gave me excellent advice about future therapies that would benefit me in addition to the excellent massages i really appreciated.
i booked a double a month in advanced but got a twin accessibility room with a night light you couldn't turn off. they refuses to compensate in any way despite the false advertising. terrible as it'll continue to happen to others, honestly shocked at everyone involved.
