i was charmed by the bay side view from my balcony (i loved the water!). the staff was also very cute. breakfast had many tasty options for food and drinks. loretta in the restaurant.

I enjoyed the sea salt detox treatment at the spa. Shiolah, my therapist, was professional and unobtrusive. the rooms were spacious with wonderful views (it's something!). the bar staff were friendly and accommodating.

Kanchan gave me an excellent hot stone massage during my spa day with my husband. The experience was really relaxing.. the pool was also lovely. I received a complimentary late checkout and luggage storage. All staff members were helpful.

I found the car parking to be expensive.

The breakfast offered numerous choices to eat and drink..

The air conditioning did not work making the room uncomfortably hot. We opened the door to try and cool the room down, yet this led to numerous flies inside. Staff had to vacuum the ceiling overnight because of this. Considering the price paid for the stay, I found this very disappointing

The location over the bay worked WELL. arrival had helpfull Gentleman. I was upgraded to a room with balcony with bay view. the room featured a nespresso machine. Comfy bed and nice shower with bathrobes. restaurant team was quick getting food ready for theatre pre-show. staff lent umbrellas for the torrential rain it was SO nice.

the hotel was lovely. the bed was really comfortable and all amenities was well stocked and good quality. we visited the spa as a couple and had back, neck, shoulder, and head massages from hema and marzena. hema gave me excellent advice about future therapies that would benefit me in addition to the excellent massages i really appreciated.

i booked a double a month in advanced but got a twin accessibility room with a night light you couldn't turn off. they refuses to compensate in any way despite the false advertising. terrible as it'll continue to happen to others, honestly shocked at everyone involved.
