Our room had some issues. The TV remote did not work. I needed to request a replacement. the mini-fridge was not very cold. Drinks inside didn't chill properly, so it was quite disappointing:.

This hotel provides spacious rooms. I found a kitchenette complete with a fridge plus a stove. I also loved the sink and a microwave. The bed was HUGE with a nespresso machine, so very great! the staff here are quick at the front desk. When I arrived, my room was all ready. I thought this was so very awesome, and I am grateful! I found the team to be knowledgeable. Free electric car stations located in the parking is a plus. there is a wide selection of shops for commerce and great restaurants. The staff is warm and inviting! The rooms that look out onto the garden are silent. It. there is parking easy to access and new. It is big and included. The location is very near El Retiro Park and City Center by car. Staff were polite and helpful!
Some white fluff were on the towels. It kept getting on my face. That was a very minor annoyance.
