the staff were so friendly and helpful they even carried our luggage i stayed in one-bedroom apartment in a separate building the apartment was beautiful and a really good size the view of the castle was lovely i used the spa and we had it all to ourselves that was so nice it was a perfect location for exploring.
the room was a bit small it would have been nice to have a little more space but it was manageable for a short stay otherwise everything was amazing and i have no complaints

I was greeted so warmly! the breakfast buffet was excellent. i especially loved the fresh coffee prepared by the barista each morning. our room was so super clean and cozy. I really appreciated the turndown service with chocolates each evening!
