The studio had a convenient kitchenette. It included salt, pepper, and even dish soap. The complimentary milk, coffee, and water were a sweet touch. The location is near paddington station and a very short walk.
the housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent, with cleaning happening quite late in the day.

the location was good with easy access to paddington station.
Housekeeping was inconsistent . one day the room was cleaned early and thoroughly. other days, i had to request cleaning at 4pm, and even then, it was just a quick tidy. The bed was fixed. trash was taken away. new towels were provided, but nothing more.

The location was acceptable, close to Paddington station.
Housekeeping was a GREAT disappointment , it seemed unsupervised. One day the room was not cleaned until 4 PM. Another day, housekeeping only fixed the bed, took out trash, and changed towels in a hurry. I expect MUCH better service.

The front desk staff only offered limited assistance with local coffee shop recommendations.
