convenient kitchenette complimentary milk short walk
The studio had a convenient kitchenette. It included salt, pepper, and even dish soap. The complimentary milk, coffee, and water were a sweet touch. The location is near paddington station and a very short walk.
the housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent, with cleaning happening quite late in the day.

adequate stay but some issues
inconsistent housekeeping quick tidy
the location was good with easy access to paddington station.
Housekeeping was inconsistent . one day the room was cleaned early and thoroughly. other days, i had to request cleaning at 4pm, and even then, it was just a quick tidy. The bed was fixed. trash was taken away. new towels were provided, but nothing more.

The location proved convenient, offering straightforward access to Paddington station. The kitchen included salt, pepper, detergent, a sponge, and paper towels (very helpful, I must say).
The front desk staff only offered limited assistance with local coffee shop recommendations.

the location is very good near both paddington station and another underground station. the beds were comfortable. i appreciated how close it was to transportation.

friendly staff convenient location inconsistent service rushed cleaning
the staff was friendly and greeted me. the location was close to paddington station (a real convenience for airport access).
the room service was inconsistent. some days the cleaning was thorough, other days it felt rushed (leaving some areas untouched).
