amazing stay
warm greeting great recommendation accommodating attendant
Ilya greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage, which i greatly appreciated. ash at the front desk gave great recommendations for local spots. fatima, our room attendant, was lovely and accommodating. She always ensured we had everything We needed.
one of the elevators was out of service, and there was a brief wait at peak times.

hotel staff WERE very KIND and helpful, especially yoyo and khaldi. Their assistance was invaluable throughout my stay. i appreciated their attentiveness and eagerness to assist with any request.

the hotel's location BETWEEN two main tube stations makes it convenient. EARL'S court and gloucester road are easily accessible. i could easily walk to the natural history museum and victoria and albert museum from here.

our king executive room WAS spacious, clean, and comfortable. the bed was very comfortable. i appreciated the executive lounge access. it allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day.

Staff were cheerful and helpful. The room was new and clean. The location offered easy access to nearby amenities. I found the executive lounge access convenient.

Gloucester station on the Piccadilly line is a short walk, about five minutes. Sainsbury's is across the road. Waitrose is around the corner. These nearby services were very useful.

The breakfast selection was fair. The executive lounge has a couple of hot food dishes in the evening. Wines and beers are available in the lounge. I enjoyed these services.

mixed experience with service gaps
broken air conditioning missed toiletries
the location was acceptable, with nearby tube stations.
my room suffered from maintenance issues. the air conditioning did not adequately cool the space, it was unpleasant. furthermore, housekeeping failed to replenish toiletries daily, i found this oversight inconvenient.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues noted
limited menu poor cleaning
I had some problems . the in-room dining menu was quite limited. also, the bathroom wasn't cleaned well. There were hairs in the shower. overall, it just didn't feel like a top-tier experience. i expected better attention to detail and i wouldn't consider staying again.
