The location was AMAZING! i could easily walk to the tube. the room had so many nice touches, including a coffee machine! the staff was friendly. They helped me choose an accessible room. i REALLY appreciated the on-site car park. It's free!

quiet roomstocked minibarfriendly staffstained carpet
the room was quiet and spacious. i really liked the well-stocked minibar and the complimentary treats. the staff were friendly and provided great service.
the carpets were quite stained in the bedroom and the wallpaper was peeling. the hotel appears overdue for a complete refurbishment.

comfortable bedfriendly staffstained carpet
i stayed for a few nights and found the room spacious and well-equipped. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern with nice toiletries. the staff were always friendly.
the carpet had some stains and could use a deep cleaning.
