Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were not only very clean and modern but also incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view from the room was fantastic, offering an excellent outlook that couldn't be beat. The only downside was that the room is small for the size of the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located at the end of the N2, very near the V & A Waterfront, and offers amazing views over the city.
The hotel offers some of the best rooms in Capetown, sufficient for a whole family, with lovely decor and comfortable beds. However, there was a need for a plug adaptor. The service was friendly overall, but some mix-ups occurred like wrong information given about the restaurant location and issues with credit card recording. The location, especially for conference attendees, was perfect being next to the convention center and providing easy access to key attractions. The dining experience was good overall, with a few hiccups in accuracy. The hotel facilities were adequate.
The hotel is conveniently close to the V&A waterfront and is within walking distance, making it a great choice if you want to be in town or near popular attractions. The rooms offer a nice size, quiet ambiance, and come well-appointed with an in-room coffee bar and stocked refrigerator. The dining experience was decent with a variety of options, although it was limited due to current circumstances. The location, despite being busy and noisy at times, provides easy access to key spots in Capetown.
My vacation at the hotel was everything I could have wanted in a place to stay. The rooms, especially on the 14th floor where we stayed in a newly renovated suite, were impressive. The service was exceptionally helpful and flexible, going above and beyond to ensure my check-out aligned with my flight schedule. The location, overlooking the harbor with a complimentary shuttle to the waterfront, was excellent. However, the dining options were not very diverse, which was a small disappointment.
Staying on the 14th floor in one of the Hotel's newly renovated suites gave me an unparalleled view of Capetown. The quality of service, from the buffet breakfasts to the van service to the V & A, and the cocktail hour wine buffet, was extremely high. However, the room amenities, while standard, were not extraordinary.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms provided stunning views on all sides, but some furniture needed upgrading, and the room was uncomfortably hot despite it being winter. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff always ensuring my well-being. The location was ideal for accessing both the city center and key attractions, but needed more seating. The dining experience was enjoyable, particularly the fresh juices corner, though improvements could be made. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
