excellent service and great location
friendly staffmaintained hotelwide variety
The staff was very great. the hotel has a well maintained patio area. i especially liked the breakfast. It offered many options. we would love to come back here.
even though the room was on a high floor, i could still hear street noise.

the hotel is directly next to bo-kaap. it is also in the middle of the city, which i found convenient. a masjid is only a one minute walk from the hotel.

the rooms were very clean and spacious and had good views. the outdoor pool area looked very pleasant. breakfast was included and offered many fresh and delicious options to choose from.

the room was recently upgraded and very fresh. i found it a great size. water was supplied to the room. there were good amenities in the room like shampoo, body wash, and shower caps.

The breakfast had a wonderful diverse spread, including local foods.
I found the TV had limited channels and unclear picture quality. This was disappointing after a long day. The volume of music and noisy people from the bar below also affected my sleep until late..
