ideal waterfront stay
convenient trip easy access excellent design
the hotel arranged transport to cape of good hope with a very nice driver this service made the trip quite convenient the location is fantastic with easy access to dining and nightlife options i found the design of the hotel quite excellent.
some towels in the bathroom seemed old with strings hanging on them it was a minor detail but noticeable.

the hotel is less than an hour from the airport and sits directly on the waterfront robben island boat trip departure point is very close the area felt secure and vibrant day and night i appreciated this.

my superior double room provided a seating area i found the size to be ample the room had very nice views of the mountain harbour making it a very nice experience to wake up.

rough towels wrong info
The towels in the bathroom felt a bit rough. They had these annoying loose strings. I asked the front desk for directions, and WOW, they told me it was too far to walk to a restaurant. Then the porter showed me it was a five-minute walk in a safe area. Seriously?!

The hotel restaurant had a fantastic chef. Meals were wonderful!!! The staff throughout the hotel showed genuine friendliness. I found the airport transfer service professional and convenient. It eased my travel.

i stayed here for several nights and liked the central location. the restaurant served a very good breakfast with many choices. the staff was very helpful and professional. the hotel also arranged my airport transfer, efficient and well-organized.
towels in the bathroom were old and had loose threads, but this was a minor thing.
