the staff were super lovely. it was very central and just a short uber from everything.
i was disappointed with the room service. the food arrived cold and the order was incorrect. also, the promised turndown service never materialized . i expected better attention to detail.

i had a few issues with housekeeping. my glass of wine from constantia wine estate went missing from my room. the night manager didn't seem interested in resolving guest issues or answering calls at the reception.

The room carpet seemed pretty filthy and some areas looked worn. The dining chairs had stains, too.

The staff were very helpful, I cannot deny that.
The service in the dining room was really slow. Food seemed to take forever to arrive. many items listed on the menu were unavailable, or key ingredients were missing. It was a daily frustration. I felt really disappointed.
