I found the hotel staff to be very friendly. Riddhi and Easterna made a great first impression. The hotel location is quite good and easy to find.
My room was smaller than the photos indicated. I noticed drafts coming in along the windows. The room really could use some refreshing.

The staff were great! easterma and tamara stood out because they were so kind and helpful. they even gave me some excellent tips for places to visit. jeana, the manager, was also very accommodating. She answered every question i had. i especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the room.
my room faced a brick wall, so the view wasn't ideal.

i found the location quite convenient! paddington station is nearby. i easily accessed various parts with close bus stops. the front desk staff addressed concerns promptly and helped with directions. the bed was comfortable.
the elevator was slow. it often stopped at multiple floors even when unneeded. this added unnecessary time to travel within the building. i found this frustrating when in a hurry.

I was VERY impressed with the hotel's convenient location near Paddington Station. It made traveling around the city simple. The staff members WERE attentive and always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. My room received a daily tidy, and I always found fresh towels and neatly arranged amenities upon my return. Breakfast offered a wide selection of options, THAT catered to various dietary preferences.
The elevator sometimes experienced delays, especially during peak hours.

The breakfast selection was excellent! there were so many choices. I was thrilled. the location was also excellent. It was especially great because paddington station was so close.
the room i booked, a beautiful double room, looked a bit tired. the bathroom was also small, and i noticed minor things needing repair. it wasn't quite the same as the advertised photographs. it felt a little misleading.
