unfriendly staff unreliable shuttle
The location by the river was acceptable. A bicycle ride got me to the town center quickly.
The vast majority of staff were not very friendly. They seemed standoffish if they did not understand. The hotel shuttle was also unreliable, contrary to what others experienced. My Dream did not live up to expectations and seemed overpriced.

charming riverside retreat
quiet ambiance helpful staff free bicycles
i was charmed by the quiet ambiance of the resort.. it created a very relaxing experience. the staff were helpful, assisting with bookings and providing useful information. i especially appreciated the complimentary bicycles, made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable.
the limited shuttle service hours occasionally made planning trips into town less convenient.

the room had a king-sized bed with a mosquito net, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. there was a small balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the super quiet place. the bathroom included a shower and basic toiletries.

the outdoor pool had sun loungers and umbrellas available . the resort offered free bicycle hire. the restaurant served breakfast, lunch, and dinner with both indoor and outdoor seating.

the resort is on the opposite side of the river from the main town area. a short walk and bridge crossing are needed to reach the central attractions. the location provides a tranquil and quiet environment.

missed transfer stressful error
the staff WERE friendly initially. i had booked transportation to the train station through them. i paid in cash for this service. BUT the transfer never came. this error caused a lot of stress.

mixed feelings about the stay
shuttle service thin walls
the shuttle service to the town was advertised as frequent. it wasn't always available when i needed it. this made getting around more difficult. also, the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations and noise from other rooms quite clearly. this was especially bothersome late at night and early in the morning.
