fine ground tranquil garden hospitable team unclear labelling long delay unexpected payment
The hotel grounds were fine. The gardens were tranquil. Mohammed in the main bar was very hospitable. He was also kind and great with the children!!!
The food was not always clearly labelled. As a result, knowing the ingredients was difficult. Requesting items, such as coffee creamer, sometimes took a long time. The jacuzzi required payment to use, and this was unexpected.

Acceptable resort experience
helpful staff amazing service comfortable atmosphere cold buffet long delays uneven concrete
The service i received was pretty solid. The staff were always happy to help. I want to give a shout out to the team at the bar (especially Hicham and Sara) for their amazing service.
The food was okay, but sometimes a little cold at the buffet. Getting drinks could take A WHILE, with long delays between ordering and receiving them (a real bummer). The mini golf was not good. The clubs were rusty, and the surface was uneven concrete.

Very nice stay!
quick check-in helpful staff excellent food good way
The hotel is around 30 minutes from the airport. The driver talked about the city DURING the ride. We checked in fast and a golf cart took us to our room! The room had everything, just WHAT we needed. I found the staff super helpful. Abdelhay from the restaurant helped us A LOT! The food was good. The kids club ladies played with my daughter.
I did have trouble CALLING the hotel before my arrival. Nobody answered the phone. I eventually got an email back ON the day of travel. WHAT a bad start. The service could improve. Getting any information felt impossible. We always received different answers from different people.
Dining
9/10
The food selection in the main restaurant offers many options for every meal. The service is attentive. The staff ensures guests have an Really good dining experience. It is worth trying the Moroccan dishes during lunch.

broken mirrors missing net
The room i got had some definite issues, like broken parts. i mean, mirrors hanging off the wall aren't exactly what i expect. plus, i emailed ahead with some questions and only got half the answers i needed. a crucial thing i asked about was a mosquito net for the baby's cot, and apparently, that was too complicated to understand, so i had to deal with that myself. it really made me wonder if anyone bothers to check these rooms before guests arrive. It reminded me of they just handed me the keys and hoped for the best. or the worst.
