A Romantic Oasis
immaculate ground really good staff wonderful hotel
The grounds have immaculate beauty. Staff welcome me with really good kindness. I experienced the best hammam. I wish I stayed longer in this wonderful hotel.
The hotel negotiated the taxi back to Marrakech. The driver left us 20 minutes from our destination. We had to walk with suitcases.

The hotel boasts rose gardens and olive trees. I noticed the pool is amazing. I saw snow capped mountains from the pool area. I felt peace in such a lovely location.

some issues observed
empty jacuzzi pool temperature early morning noise
the staff were very helpful.
the heated pool wasn't warm. the jacuzzi remained empty . craftsman started hammering at 1am in the room next to mine, disturbing my sleep.

immaculate grounds cute staff relaxing hammam
The grounds were immaculate and i enjoyed walking through them (it seemed like a private garden). the staff were really good and always cute. i had the best hammam ever. The experience was very relaxing.
the blackout in the room was insufficient and the sun woke me up very early.

The staff was accommodating. i found the restaurant staff to be superb. They were a very nice bunch. SHUKRAN!
the dinner quality could be better. the chicken skewer was way overcooked and dry. the heated pool wasn't really warm AT all!

Relaxing Getaway with Excellent Service
maintained grounds rooftop deck helpful staff direction signs
I appreciated the beautifully maintained grounds. It felt inviting. The rooftop deck offered a panoramic view of the Atlas mountains. The staff seemed accommodating and helpful, especially the restaurant personnel, who were superb. The management willingly addressed requests and improved the facilities. New direction signs were added.
The heated pool was not very warm, and the jacuzzi was empty. That was a pity.

The staff was very professional and provided excellent service. The reception team responded quickly to requests, addressing any concerns efficiently. I was impressed by their attentiveness and dedication. It really enhanced my stay.

The pool area was clean and inviting. I enjoyed the well kept gardens. They were serene and lovely. A fire was lit in the restaurant during the evening. It created a cozy atmosphere and I enjoyed the ambiance.

The food was excellent. The quality was very high. I had continental dinner. There were numerous meals to choose from on the menu. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. They paid attention to all the detail.
