The reception staffs provided detailed metro directions to the airport, helpful. I really enjoyed my room's private terrace. It was perfect for catching some sun before my flight.
I found a couple of things that could improve. The bar was not always attended. I often had to seek someone out to get service. There was also a special menu advertised, but it was unavailable when I tried to order at 5 PM on a Monday, which was like false advertising.

I stayed seven nights and found the staff amazing. the room was super clean. the location offered many restaurants and bars. i secured an upper floor corner premium room facing the main road. The fountain view was gorgeous and the room remained quiet at night. after sightseeing, i relaxed at the lounge bar, taking drinks to the rooftop terraces that felt completely private. the plaza mayor and puerta del sol are less than 20 minutes away by foot.
i noticed a missing bell boy upon arrival at 8:00 pm.

the staff was quite friendly and helpful. easy access to restaurants and bars. i asked for an early check-in since my flight arrived early and they were kind enough to honor that request. i also asked for a room with a view of the square and that was granted.
the bar and restaurant was completely unattended, and this was disappointing. each time i sat in for a drink, i had to go to reception after 15-20 minutes to ask for service.

This hotel has great location near a metro. I found the staff so friendly and helpful, they clean rooms every day. Rooms were quiet. I like that they upgraded us to a beautiful room and it was very comfortable. I did not eat breakfast because there are other places near.
