i found the staff very nice. maria, marta, veronica, and monica helped me find the best places for visit and helped with all needs. the location is at the center close to shopping, eating, metro and bike spots.
the tv sometimes glitched, a bit frustrating to me.

my room was quite spacious and clean. i found the beds provided good comfort (i slept like a baby!). the staff were very helpful and offered useful advice for exploring local spots.
i noticed a lack of variety at the breakfast buffet. the offerings stayed the same each day, which became a bit monotonous after a few days.

the location was really convenient. it was close to many attractions and restaurants. the staff seemed helpful and provided good advice on local spots to visit.. the room was also very clean when i arrived.
The room i had was quite small. it felt cramped with limited space to move around. the toiletries provided were not very good. the tv occasionally glitched. This was a little frustrating.
