An Acceptable Stay
great location helpful staff convenient metro small pool disappointing rooftop poor temperature control
The location is great. The metro is right in front of the hotel. I found it easy to reach many places. The staff was helpful. I was especially grateful to the receptionist Gabi, she helped me a lot. She assisted me with many things because I don't speak Spanish.
The rooftop was disappointing. The pool looked very small. It did not match the pictures. It seemed hard to regulate the temperature in my room. I felt cold at night.
