I chose this location mainly for its proximity to ifema convention center. It was just a quick five-minute walk. the room had a nice design and appealing furniture, and the restaurant downstairs offered great convenience. i found the staff very friendly too.
i had to resort to taking a taxi.

the hotel is conveniently located, with the feria de madrid metro station within easy reach, providing access to both the city center and the airport. many free parking spots are available, a HUGE plus. this made getting around so easy!!!

I had a superior queen room in the plaza building, and it was very clean. It had quality products. the bed was comfortable, assuring a good night's sleep. curtains in the room were very efficient to sleep late.

The taxi service on check-out was difficult. I wish the staff had been more helpful securing transport to the airport.

i stayed for one night in the beautiful building and it was excellent! newly renovated it seemed with really comfortable beds and pillows. the great shower was super, too! i was a happy camper!
no milk was in the room, so i had to buy some from the bar. i also had to ask for soap to be refilled in the bathroom. no mugs in the room either! i was a little bummed about that.

the hotel features two outdoor pools, so bring your swimsuit! there is also a weight room with some equipment. i saw it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, a plus for fitness enthusiasts.
