the staff really elevated the whole experience. daniel took our luggage right from the street and brought it up to our room, which i appreciated. they offered great recommendations for restaurants too. the daily housekeeping kept everything super clean and the afternoon amenities for elite members were a nice touch.

it made moving luggage a bit challenging.

the location was central. it was about a ten-minute walk to sol. the bathroom was spacious and modern. i also liked that the breakfast included fresh fruit and a good assortment of choices.

The room felt almost dark! they needed better lighting fixtures. the corridors were also quite dark. the room keys didn't work consistently. We had seven keys and none worked well.

The room was quite small, and I felt the bathroom was also not comfortable. This was a bit inconvenient. I noticed some noise from the rooftop bar. The noise was audible even on a lower floor.
