excellent stay!

helpful staff excellent service clean room

the staff really elevated the whole experience. daniel took our luggage right from the street and brought it up to our room, which i appreciated. they offered great recommendations for restaurants too. the daily housekeeping kept everything super clean and the afternoon amenities for elite members were a nice touch.

the elevators were quite small. it made moving luggage a bit challenging.

The premium double room included plenty of outlets for all devices and a kettle. a nespresso machine with supplies was also provided and replenished daily. slippers were available offering additional comfort. The room was spacious.

The location provided easy access to various attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They offered excellent restaurant recommendations. The air conditioning worked effectively during a heat wave, maintaining a cool room temperature. The rooftop offered beautiful views.

The hotel's location was convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff was generally helpful and supportive, providing assistance when needed. I especially appreciated their restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was very good, with multiple choices.

The room was quite small, and I felt the bathroom was also not comfortable. The elevators were small, so it was challenging to transport luggage. This was a bit inconvenient. I noticed some noise from the rooftop bar. The noise was audible even on a lower floor.
