The staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. i found the courtyards beautiful. They featured lush flowering vines growing between each section of rooms. the large pool included a wide ledge, perfect as a splash pad for toddlers.
during check-in, i was informed that outside food and drinks were not allowed. this policy included even water, which i found inconvenient.

My room had issues. The terrace door did not lock properly and I do not like that. The rainfall shower was broken and the shower drain was not working well.

the hotel location is great near a mini store perfect for basic supplies. it's a short drive to many attractions including medina. i loved how easy it was to find my way around. i really enjoyed the outdoor spaces like the gardens.
i noticed the absence of tea kettles plus cups in the rooms it was a slight inconvenience

The breakfast was good. It had a decent variety of options to start the day.
the noise was an issue.. planes flew overhead every few minutes because the hotel is right by the runway, which really disrupted any chance of a peaceful morning.
