the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness. the riad had a beautiful historical design. i enjoyed the bonus of their wonderful country club.
I found the room relatively small. there was no mirror inside the bedroom. Only in the bathroom. i realized i had been charged for a bottle of water i was unaware of.

I received a refreshing welcome drink. The staff gave me a helpful tour of the facilities. The mint tea and sweets served every afternoon were a nice touch after a busy day.
I encountered an issue with the shower. It was quite dirty. the coffee at breakfast was cold. When I asked for fresh coffee, I was told to microwave it, odd.

Excellent Riad Experience
friendly staff beautiful decor convenient shuttle
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has beautiful tiles, décor, and furniture (I liked the traditional design). Our rooms had a shared courtyard, but another room in our party was smaller and located at the hotel's other end. The shuttle to the country club is great for cooking workshops or poolside relaxation.
Breakfast was not included, so we ate at the hotel daily. It was pretty much the same items each day.

The staff provided a cool mint and ginger drink upon arrival. The staff was eager to ensure we enjoyed dinner and that all dietary requirements were fully met. They were amazing and helpful at all times.

The hotel is down a quiet passage not far from the medina (easy walking distance to the souks). The area felt safe. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring either on foot or by taxi, and the hotel arranged any transport we needed.

I found the staff to be helpful, addressing any needs promptly. The hotel's location allowed for easy exploration, especially for visiting the souk. I appreciated the welcome drink upon my arrival. It was a nice touch. The complimentary afternoon tea offered daily in the patio was also good.
The room felt slightly small , and the absence of a mirror in the bedroom, with only one in the bathroom , was a minor inconvenience.

i stayed for several nights in a beautiful suite. The decor included fresh flowers throughout the hotel. Dinner by the pool was very enjoyable.
The room was somewhat small. I noticed there was no mirror inside the bedroom, only in the bathroom. this was slightly inconvenient when getting ready.

wide variety spacious bathroom excellent service
The breakfast brunch tasted so good. it included a wide variety of choices. the large bedroom included a spacious bathroom and shower, which i needed after long days. the staff was sweet and very helpful. They provided excellent service.
The hotel charged a bit much for water. I wasn't aware of the charge until i received the final bill.
