fantastic stay!
happy stafffree upgrademattress update
i found the staff very happy to help. they shared ideas for interesting places to visit. sitting on the dock with an apertivo and watching the world go by felt lovely. it provided a unique way to enjoy the evenings. i received a free room upgrade. the staff were very cute, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. i had to leave early one day for a trip and they allowed me an early breakfast.
the comfort was a bit outside my expectations. it could be improved. i hope they consider updating the mattresses.

the breakfast offered pastries and coffee plus fruits and ham. i noticed they also served sausage. the breakfast area seemed clean and well-kept each morning, which i appreciated.

the staff helped us find the best water bus route from the train station. at checkin, we received a honeymoon room upgrade. they also assisted us in printing tickets as we lacked a printer during our travels. during our stay, we received complimentary glasses of wine.
the room was a bit smaller than expected, but i understand this is typical for the area

The room wasn't as clean as i expected, especially the bathtub. It needed better attention. i also found a cracker on the floor, probably left by a previous guest which i did not like at all. the breakfast area felt a bit crowded during peak hours and the selection, while good, could have been more varied. i wish the hotel had provided more detailed information about local transportation options directly.

The hotel's proximity to major attractions is fantastic. Saint Mark Square is only steps away. I received a complimentary honeymoon room upgrade upon arrival. The staff helped me print some tickets I needed and offered complimentary wine one evening.
The mattress was a bit too firm.
