I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious compared to other European hotels, conveniently located just off the Piazza della Signoria. The inclusion of a smart phone for free calling was a wonderful touch, providing everything we needed for a perfect stay.

This hotel is a gem in Florence! The rooms are very nice and more modern than many others we stayed in during our trip, with its own little kitchenette. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, with great views of il Duomo, and they even included a mini kitchen equipped with everything I needed for cooking in-house. The service was top-notch, everyone was so pleasant, kind, and hospitable. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything, next door to where the Mona Lisa was painted.
