cute staff delicious breakfast beautiful view
the staff was lovely, cute and helpful. breakfast was complete and delicious. i loved the rooftop, peaceful with a beautiful view. (thanks anthony and the team!).

charming stay
helpful staff delicious coffee rooftop balcony
the staff was very nice. the check-in was easy and i got upgraded to a room that overlooked the plaza nearby. the breakfast buffet started the day wonderfully and the coffee was tasty. we celebrated evenings on the rooftop balcony and in the front courtyard. anthony brought us plates and drinks for the kids.
my room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. the soundproofing was poor between the rooms and the corridor, so i didn't sleep well at night.

a mixed experience
tiny bathroom basic breakfast
the location was acceptable, it was close to main attractions.
The room was smaller than i expected. the bathroom was also tiny and not very comfortable. It made moving around difficult. the breakfast offered was quite basic, not what i'm used to.

perfect stay near san marco
room upgrade delicious coffee friendly staff
i received a room upgrade at check-in with a plaza view (a nice surprise!). the breakfast buffet provided a great start to the day and the coffee was delicious. i spent several evenings in the front courtyard. the staff kindly brought plates and drinks when they learned our friends were celebrating a wedding, even buying tiramisu for everyone.
the room was smaller than it looked in the online pictures.

great location friendly staff small room tiny bathroom
The location was GREAT. The staff was friendly. I could leave my luggage at the reception and explore the city without any burden. Breakfast was tasty.
The room was very small. The bathroom was tiny too. I found poor soundproofing, so i didn't sleep well. Street noise was quite noticeable when the window was open.
