The breakfast was very varied. I appreciated many choices. The location was pretty convenient to major sights. The staff was helpful too.
The room I was given overlooked a wall. The bed was two single beds pushed together. I found long hair on the towels too.

i really liked the hotel's location on the grand canal. the staff helped with maps and arranged water taxis. breakfast was decent, and the staff in the breakfast room was pleasant. there was a cute little bar next to an outdoor seating area in the lobby.
the hotel was difficult to find by foot with luggage. i think arrival is best by water transport.
