wide range food helpful staff small room black mould
i liked the hotel location near piazza maggiori. the staff were very helpful and breakfast had a wide range of food and was good.
the hotel room was small for the price. the shower door have rusty with black mould on the seals.

central location helpful staff
I found the location quite central. It allowed easy access to key attractions. the staff demonstrated helpfulness and were quick to respond to my requests. i found the breakfast service offered a good variety of choices, a welcome start to each day.
during my stay, the wifi connectivity was occasionally intermittent. this made it difficult to rely on for consistent internet access, particularly during peak hours. it affected my ability to handle some work tasks smoothly

cold shower dim lighting
I was a bit disappointed. i had a cold shower one morning (around 7:30 am), then another morning i had water that alternated between very hot and very cold. they gave me a small discount, but i think they should have told guests about the water problems. also, the lighting in the room wasn't great. It made it hard to see clearly at times. it could use brighter or more adjustable lights (especially near the desk).

Breakfast included many delicious options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. The staff was very attentive to my needs. The hotel's central location made exploring the city easy.
The room felt a bit small for the price. I also noticed some noise from the street during the night. The bathroom had limited counter space.

wonderful experience
prime location wonderful room
the location was AMAZING, just steps from the main attractions. the room featured themed decor and i found it super clean and cozy. espresso in the reception area was readily available, and the breakfast buffet was great! the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the hotel was expensive. the room felt small for the price. also, the shower water kept going cold often!!!

friendly staff comfortable room small room cold water
The staff were SUPER friendly! Rooms were super clean and cozy. Beds and pillows were great. Parking is close to the hotel. You need to reserve in advance though.
The hotel was already very expensive, almost double the hotels in the area per night. The room was small for the price per night. You could barely walk around it. The bathroom was a squeeze to get in and out past the sink. The shower water kept going cold the whole time!
