great location easy walk ready taxi
the location worked very well before my river cruise. the hotel is convenient for walking and close to entertainment. taxis were readily available at the front of the hotel.
Breakfast was good. The elevator access could be slow at times.

the location is convenient for accessing the city center. the canal view from the room was a highlight. breakfast offered many tasty choices. the reception staff were cute and efficient.
the food quality was not high, with basic preparation instead of chef-level quality.

charmed by my stay
great location friendly staff fresh fruit big room
Location was super, especially because i had a cruise to catch. staff was always friendly and ready to help. the breakfast had so many options. I specially liked the fresh fruit corner. my room was big, and windows allowed fresh air in, it was a superior king room.
The city tax fee was a bit of a surprise. I wish i knew about it earlier.

staff demonstrates helpfulness plus warmth and creates cute atmosphere. front desk handled every request efficiently. i felt very well looked after . i certainly appreciate attentiveness.

The room had big windows that open, that was a treat. the rainfall shower was so relaxing after long days. air conditioning worked effectively. Temperatures were very well controlled. the room also includes a separate seating area.

the gym includes three treadmills plus two stationary bikes, so you are covered. hotel provided practical access to the cruise terminal. there are also useful services in the lobby to help make your travels easier. cleanliness was immaculate.

early check-in dusty room
The early check-in was not possible. I had to wait until 3 pm even though i requested it. the bus service to the central station stopped, a service i found useful before. the room could have been cleaner. It was somewhat dusty. the bed was not very comfortable.
