The staff were helpful. The location was very good. I found the room spacious. It included a mini-fridge and drawers. Condition was perfect . I enjoyed the terrace on the eighth floor. The view was great from there.

The towels looked old. They were rough. The bathroom felt small. It was hard to get to the toilet because of the door.

The staff was really good and were great. Breakfast had a great selection with quality fare. The staff could not have done any more. The views from the sundeck and the seventh floor bar were amazing!!!

I totally enjoyed my room! the rooftop bar had beautiful views of the square and castle, such a vibrant atmosphere! the location was so central, i walked everywhere! the staff went way beyond to assist me. They were super attentive and always had a smile. i cannot wait to book again!

i really liked how central the hotel was. it was super close to a main station that takes you to sintra. the rooftop bar was awesome, it had great drinks, good food, and the best view of the square and the city. the staff let us leave our luggage before check in so we could go to porto, super helpful.

the cleanliness wasn't good and the rooms are too small. the price it's too much for what you get. the rooms are also noisy at night because of the central location, so it's hard to sleep with cars honking.
