the breakfast buffet was good and there was plenty of choice.

the air conditioning unit was faulty in my room so it was difficult to regulate the temperature. the decor felt outdated, it needs some updating. also, the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a bit of a letdown for a chain hotel like this.

The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! the variety was excellent, i found so many delicious options. i also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always ready to help. the complimentary water bottles in the room were a lovely touch. They were replenished daily.

I found that the walls seemed thin. i could easily hear noises from neighboring rooms. also, there were no coffee or tea facilities available in the room. I missed having a morning coffee. the location was not ideal for sightseeing, it was quite a distance from the city center.

the hotel accommodates many visitors with a large reception area. all facilities are within the hotel. the outdoor area includes lots of seating plus a ping pong table. rooms are nice, and breakfast options are plentiful. room service gave me complementary water daily plus a small fridge in the room.

i found the pool was not accessible . it would have been more forgivable if the hotel had clearly communicated the pool's opening dates. i feel the hotel should communicate more about the pool dates.
