I found the location convenient, with easy access to transportation. The room offered complimentary tea and coffee, a good touch. Daily happy hour included beer, wine, and snacks. I appreciated the helpful staff who were quick to assist with any requests.
The staircase was very steep, which might be challenging for some guests with heavy luggage.

the staff provided excellent service. they offered helpful advice about local attractions. happy hour, with its complimentary drinks between 4 pm and 6 pm, were a good perk. the location are good, with the subway within walking distance.
the room was not as clean. i noticed grime around the bath jets. the stairs were quite steep.

the staff was super helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. We found great italian places. they also arranged cabs for events and airport transfers, which helped a lot. the room was a good size with a good size bathroom.

the breakfast included a good variety of options. i especially liked the scrambled eggs. happy hour was a nice touch, offering complimentary drinks and snacks. the location was convenient, close to public transport.
the room showed some signs of wear. i noticed brown marks on the walls and chipped furniture. the bathroom looked dated, with part of the shower missing. there was a noticeable gap under the door.
