the staff were very kind and helpful .
the radiator made a lot of noise during my last night. i got hardly any sleep because of it. i ended up leaving for the airport at 5 a.m. to try and get some rest in the lounge because i was so annoyed. i do not want to experience that again.

The buffet breakfast was great (especially the pastries!). Staff gave very helpful information on transport to the airport. This was very useful and timely advice.

the staff was helpful. they gave us useful information regarding transport to the airport. i also found a great cafe after they told me about visiting the albert cuyp market.
room 47 was small. it felt quite dilapidated for the price we paid per night. i ordered a bloody mary, but it was undrinkable and i was charged for it.
