Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had lovely decor but our room was the smallest and hottest we've experienced; not great value for money at €200+ per night even with the window open and the fan running. The service was friendly and helpful, though I expected more for the price. The location was very nice, close to Jordaan and Centraal Station, perfect for walking to planned activities but could have been more inviting. The dining was basic, a nice continental selection but lacking variety. Facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had a nice design and finishing to the rooms, though lacking a wardrobe and table. The airless nature of the accommodation suggests it needs a discount for the value. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly with directions and suggestions. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close enough to major attractions yet away from the hustle & bustle. Dining options were adequate but not exceptional. The facilities could use some improvement.
The hotel is in a central location, which is convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to various attractions. However, the rooms are small and lack basic amenities like windows and tables. The service was overall excellent, with helpful staff but occasional lapses in attention. The dining experience was average, with repetitive breakfast options. The hotel offers valet parking and assistance with tours, adding value to the stay.
The hotel may not be for everyone due to the small and slightly dark rooms, but the comfortable bed and good shower make up for it. The staff are friendly and helpful but the dining options could be more diverse. The location is convenient despite some noise issues, ideal for exploring central Amsterdam.
The hotel had a great location along the Herengracht, with clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was a bit crowded and lacked variety. Despite some downsides, the hotel's location and service made the stay enjoyable.
The hotel was a mix of beautiful room finishings with canal views but limited room for breakfast, and a separate child area that was great but slightly removed. The service was incredible but one staff member wasn't as keen on serving drinks. The location was fantastic for exploring the canals and the city center, boasting a cozy bar area. The dining was decent but could have been improved with better quality bread.
