superb experience
spacious room hot showers thoughtful detail
the rooms are spacious and very clean. the hotel provided hot showers. i appreciated that every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure comfort. the staff was courteous and professional.
i reserved a bigger room but it faced a service exit. there was disruption from empty bottle collection at 6am. i think the front reception barely recognized me.

buffet selection friendly staff limited equipment inconvenient opening
the breakfast at the hotel was quite good. it featured both a buffet and a la carte options, offering a solid variety. the staff generally demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. they ensured i had what i needed during breakfast.
i found the gym to be somewhat disappointing. it is located in a basement and has little natural light. the equipment seemed limited for a hotel of this caliber. the spa's opening time was also inconvenient, as it only opened at 11 am. it did not work with my schedule.
