The hotel's location proved very convenient. A supermarket across the street allowed me to easily purchase necessities. I also found the underground train station nearby a great asset for exploring beyond walking distance. The friendly staff helped.

the room was so clean and the bed was like a cloud. staff was friendly and always ready to assist, it really warmed my heart. i loved how close i was to the main train station and a metro station was so close by, i could explore the city with such ease.
i wished there was more variety of veggies at breakfast, it was a little disappointing. i wanted more fresh options to start my day.

The room had some drawbacks. i found the noise levels quite bothersome. The elevator and stairs were right next to my door. also, kitchen noise began early in the morning, disturbing my sleep! the staff seemed a bit indifferent. I asked for a taxi and was met with a rude refusal. it wasn't the cute experience i had hoped for.
