the location was convenient, a short walk from the central station (, made getting around easy).
My room was quite small. also, the free wine hour, while a nice touch, only offered wine. A beer option would have been a welcome alternative (i'm not a wine person).

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. it is well-located near the train station with easy access to various city attractions. the staff ensured the bins were emptied promptly. Someone was almost immediately after my request. the wine hour was a nice touch, i made use of it each evening.
the coffee machine in the lobby was difficult to use, it could be more user-friendly. also, while a beer alternative would be appreciated during the complimentary wine hour, soda was the only other option. this was somewhat limiting for non-wine drinkers.

the hotel's proximity to the central station was SO convenient. it really made traveling with luggage easy. our superior double room had ample space, i mean, it was really comfortable after a long day of exploring. i chose to skip housekeeping and received a voucher for drinks at the sister hotel, a good bonus.
the coffee machine was somewhat tricky to use. it took a few tries to get my morning coffee, but that's all.
