The location was advantageous. i could easily access the train station and other spots. I was no further than half an hour from the main attractions. the staff were friendly, even with my heavy bags.
the room was a bit dark and cramped. the bed was pushed against the wall, feel smaller. i also noted that the curtains did not fully cover the window, affecting privacy.

The staff addressed my needs quickly and effectively. I found the hotel's central courtyard to be a calming oasis (a welcome respite from city noise). I enjoyed a very good breakfast each morning. The hotel provided printing services when I needed to print some documents.
The coffee selection in the room was minimal. It would be great to see an upgrade here.

The location was very good. The staff was friendly and always helpful. I found a wonderful breakfast each morning that started my day off well.
The room was very small. I also noticed a lack of enough space for my clothes. The street outside could be quite loud at times, especially late at night.

The breakfast had lots of choices, it was amazing!!! the staff were all very accommodating. the location was excellent. I was a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area. there was a pretty outdoor seating area too, very cute.
the room was a little small. i think the bathroom had no heating system. the cleaning staff left both windows open slightly after they cleaned, it was colder than it could be.
