a hotel, just a sweet dream
central locationmetro stationcomfortable bed
this location felt central and close to everything. i walked to most attractions very easily. it sat near the central station and a metro station, very convenient for moving around the city. the room was modern, and felt very clean, it offered a comfortable bed. the breakfast included many options and the staff was lovely. it seemed a very good start to each day.

The location proved acceptable, so at least I didn't require a map to escape.
The promised daily room cleaning turned out to be a myth. I requested it repeatedly, yet the room remained untouched throughout my stay. I believe the cleaning staff was on vacation. Breakfast reminded me of a crowded marketplace, I had a hard time locating utensils and napkins, which did not enhance my morning ritual.

The hotel's location was Really good. It was close to the central station. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance, I appreciate that. The opt-in cleaning service meant I wasn't disturbed. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
The room faced the square and I found it noisy. Traffic and people partying kept me awake. Windows had curtains that didn't block the light completely. The bathroom floor was slippery, I had to be careful.

I was initially impressed by the central location. the lack of soundproofing became apparent at night. Street noise was noticeable, disrupting sleep.. The room service menu lacked variety, and the options were limited. I expected more from a hotel in this category.
