i loved that the hotel is in a really great location! the staff is super friendly and helpful. we arrived early, and they let us check in early for free, it was so kind. the hotel's location is also super convenient because there's a mall close by, so it's easy to grab a bite to eat.

my room did not have blackout curtains, so the sun woke me up early. three of the pillows were too soft. the fourth pillow had raised neck support and did not work for me!

the staff was really cute and helpful at all times. they answered questions quickly and provided assistance with directions. i saw them helping other guests with luggage storage and transportation arrangements too.

the breakfast impressed me, with so many tasty and healthy choices available, i loved the nice view i had from the restaurant, i could see the water shimmer! the location was great too, because i found myself both in the city and right by the serene water.

the air conditioning felt merely like a fan, leaving the room a bit too warm, and the cleanliness of the room seemed just average, that could have been a bit better.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to fisketorvet mall. It has various food options. the location was convenient, placing me close to the city center. the harbor swimming pool and sauna offered a unique relaxation experience. i found the convenience quite valuable for my short trip.

I found that the air conditioning system wasn't functioning as expected . The room temperature was warmer than desired.
