historic charm near gardens
warm heatingcomfortable bed
i liked that the location allowed for simple walks to main sights. the room included warm heating and a comfortable bed. i appreciated the super friendly and helpful staff.
i asked for help with baggage at seven in the morning. nobody was there.

the hotel is set across from boboli gardens and across the boboli gate entry. the surrounding neighborhood includes excellent, traditional restaurants. these restaurants are generally less touristic.

the historic house contains an italian experience room and a lobby. the hotel rooms do have a spare charm. the experience reminds me of travel many years ago.

I found the staff helpful and cute. They provided local recommendations for dining and sightseeing! The room had excellent cleanliness. I very much appreciated the historical charm of the building. It enhanced the overall experience!
The sound insulation was not perfect, I could sometimes hear hallway noises.

The hotel is located near the Boboli gardens, a detail I found very appealing. You can easily access many traditional restaurants from the hotel, a culinary bonus. The Boboli gate is across from the hotel.

The hotel is historic. I found the architecture very interesting. The staff provides assistance in multiple languages, including English and Italian, and I found this helpful . They are available at all times, including late at night.

charming stay NEAR Boboli Gardens
helpful staffexcellent tipscomplicated system
i found the reception staff to be very helpful. they gave excellent local tips. the location is close to the entrance of the Boboli Gardens, convenient. IT was a short walk to the Pitti Palace.
the hotel was hard to find when driving. the area had a complicated one-way system. WE ended up paying a substantial fee for nearby private parking.

the breakfast had a good selection of items. i saw meat and cheese plates available EACH morning. a variety of cakes were also offered. several local cafes offered alternative dining options nearby.

i enjoyed the balcony. it had a nice view onto a park, so peaceful. the location are great for visiting the boboli gardens. i think it had nice furniture.
my room was located next to the lobby. it got a little loud at night with doors slamming. our room are on the first floor but doors would not shut fully, it meant i had mosquitoes. i had mosquitoes buzzing around.
