The bathroom looked outdated and not up to expected standards. The shower cubicle felt small! and it leaked considerably. This contrasted with the otherwise modern room. I found this disappointing.

Excellent Hotel Experience Near the Station

I found the front desk staff very efficient. Andrea provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and even suggested a superb hot chocolate spot! My room was ready upon arrival, and I could store luggage both before and after check-in. The hotel is near the main station and within reasonable walking distance of key landmarks. It offered considerable convenience.

The room's road-facing location presented some issues. Street noise from passing trams was quite disruptive. I found it hard to sleep well at night, because the noise kept me awake.
